Yardi Data Connect is Yardi's Power BI integration product for Voyager. It provides a secure, query-driven feed from Voyager into Microsoft Power BI, part of the broader Microsoft Fabric platform, enabling aggregation across multiple Voyager databases.

Yardi Replicate is Yardi's data movement product for operators with cloud data warehouse, data lake, or large-scale BI requirements. It uses Microsoft SQL's Change Data Capture technology to track changes in Voyager and move only updated records into external cloud environments such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
