The company’s mission, according to Chief Executive Officer Patrick Ghilani, is driven by the dream of the people who reside on and own the buildings or communities that occupy these spaces. He talked about the interesting developments during the opening ceremony, and the new MRI Software launches that you should look forward to.


According to Ghilani, it is all about the real people behind the structure of the buildings. So, each time an employee comes on board, he meets them personally to help them understand the company’s mission. It's because every member needs to know their mission and the driving factor.

MRI Talked about the Evolution of MRI Software Over the Years

Chief Executive Officer Patrick Ghilani of MRI Software talked about how 8 years ago, the software was only a developing and evolving version of the present top-of-the-industry software you use today. But since then, they saw an onwards and upwards growth. So, now it is not just about how MRI as software is soaring and improving. Now, the developers want to know how the users are doing with the MRI software. 


The company has survived in the industry for more than 40 odd years and has come out stronger in the last 8 years. They believe this happened because of their vision and their promise. 


MRI is not the only property management software in the market, then why did it grow from only 2,000 clients in 2014 to 45,000+ clients today and more than 250,000 users? 


The CEO said that this growth happened only because “We believe in the ecosystem, the connectivity of relationship, the connectivity products, the connectivity and data, and we've really taken the whole premise of our growth, and we've tried to simplify it.”


Understanding the Pain Points

To show their token of appreciation for the managers who keep their business going, they have started a new holiday called Property Manager Day. They have also promised to continue this tradition every year and give all the people an off that day if the mission is really successful. 


Ghilani also mentioned that he understands all the user's concerns about bugs and that they are spending a lot of time making them as minimal as possible. They were very honest about being normal, everyday humans like you and me, and accepted that they are not perfect. That is why they want to hear directly from their users, so they satisfy them. 


“That's the Utopia we're searching for. We're constantly trying to work on our capability and our innovation, and along the way. We're going to make sure that we're the stable partner that will be here tomorrow.”


They want to develop MRI so that the number of cloud-based software in your system can be reduced. And even if you use other ERP software options, MRI wants to make sure that their software works well with other software to form a cohesive ecosystem. It was mentioned that it is about starting with an idea and letting it grow, so MRI becomes a seamless part of real estate companies. With this, he said he is ready to hit the reset button, start developing on PropTech Gen 2, and bring about the Next-Generation MRI software ecosystem.

The CEO also took the moment to launch their new Next-Generation Real Estate Platform, the MRI Agora.
